Amideast: Professional Fellows Program (PFP) – APPLICATION OPEN NOW!

PFP is a two-way exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, in which participants go on a fully funded 6-week program in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 to take part in intensive training in Virginia and Washington D.C. with Fellowship placements in either Austin, Texas, or Washington DC., and a Professional Fellows Congress in Washington, DC.

This program offers a great opportunity for early and mid-level professionals to:

• Learn effective practices in business management such as developing a business plan, financing and accounting, human resource management, marketing, strategic planning, and networking.
• Practice principles of social entrepreneurship and increase the ability to run effective community outreach and public relations campaigns.
• Learn best practices from American colleagues in workforce development and gain exposure to innovative and practical ideas and tools to increase the effectiveness of these programs.
• Increase the ability to think “outside the box” and spark creative, innovative approaches to problems, products, and marketplaces.
• Acquire new strategies to engage effectively with policymakers and government officials.

I’m excited to announce that the call for applications just launched – until March 18^th, 2022. Hence, if you and your team are interested in applying, I offer to hold a Zoom information session for all potential candidates of the TBS team/ advisors, to introduce the program, and answer any questions they might have. Any working day between Late February to mid-March is okay with me.
